No. Text will be applied exactly how you input it on our website. Therefore, it is IMPORTANT that you double check your order and review before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, and Missing Items:
What if I receive my shipment damaged/defective/incorrect?
Please contact us immediately via email. We can usually send out replacements or offer you a refund. To make this process as easy and quick as possible, be prepared with the following information: order number, the nature of the problem, the exact number of replacements needed, and when they are needed (if applicable) and pictures of damaged items.
How Much Is Shipping?
That’s Darlin’ ships via UPS. Shipping amounts will vary, depending on the size of your order.
What Is Your Return Policy?/Can I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not shipped, yes, you can. That’s Darlin’ takes 2-3 business days to process non-personalized orders and 3-5 business days for personalized ones. You must cancel your order before that. If the labels are already printed, you will still get a refund but a cancellation fee will be applied. We realize that customers may need to return items from time to time. Orders placed within 14 business days are eligible for a return. Items must be in original form with tags attached. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Understandably, personalized items and clothing are not eligible for a return.

What are your processing times?
That’s Darlin’ takes 1-3 business days to process non-personalized orders, 3-6 business days for personalized orders and 1-2 business day for a rush order. Take note that these are only the processing times and do not include transit times, the actual time it takes to physically get the orders to you. Although we generally process in these time frames, there are exceptions to this policy that can happen during peak busy season.
